Niche Breakthrough - Finding your Ultimate Target Market
Presented by Kim Kirmmse Toth – Positive Aging Inc www.positiveaginginc.com
“What do you do?” Isn’t that the most awful question to answer? The information you receive from this call will make it easy for you to answer this by giving you a template for future conversations. And you may cringe at this also, but I will talk about why you must chose your niche, even if you are at the beginning of building your business.

Part of the process will be a list of questions to help you narrow down your niche so it doesn’t feel too overwhelming. Remember it is much better to be a big fish in a small pond than a small fish in a big pond. If you want to attract and keep more ideal clients, fill your programs, courses and workshops faster plus generate more sales of your products and services, you must have a niche. You will also get a list of 5 questions to answer that will help you to determine whether your current niche is hot or… possibly not.

8 Ingredients of a Good Idea: Finding and Positioning the "It" of Your Business or Project
Presented by Janet Goldstein – Janet Goldstein Enterprises www.janetgoldstein.com
Whether you’re a new entrepreneur trying to launch your business and connect to your core market, an accomplished business person who wants to launch bigger ideas and programs, or an experienced or aspiring expert feeling the urge to make a bigger contribution as a thought leader in your community or field, there are tangible steps to take to make your concepts clearer and more powerful—and thus more saleable and accessible to your ideal market, fans, readers, and clients.

"The 8 Ingredients of a Good Idea" draws from the insider secrets that publishers and marketers use to make new books and new ideas stand out in powerful, emotional, clear, and fresh ways. The fact is, a business, a service, an offer needs to stand out to be noticed. An idea that is generic—or simply generic-sounding—will be “nice” but not “memorable.” And an idea that is not memorable is not at all marketable, impact-making, or money-making.
In this session, you learn about:

Behavioral Based Email Marketing Techniques
Presented by Mike Mickowitz, - Author of The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur www.toiletpaperentrepreneur.com
Newsletters rarely get read, they get filed "for a future date" - which simply means they get deleted. And spam is hated. So clearly email marketing doesn't work, right? Wrong. There is a third type of email marketing call Behavioral Based Email Marketing (BBEM), and dollar for dollar it is the most effective form of marketing that exists. Mike Michalowicz, Author of The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur, exploded to the front of entrepreneurial experts in months, where others have taken a life time. The difference? He used BBEM. And for the first time ever, Mike has agreed to publically share how BBEM works and how you can use it to explosively grow your product or service!

Here is what Mike will be sharing:
1. How to use the most influential 2 and 3 words in the entire English language.
2. How to build brand loyalty through a reciprocity technique.
3. How to use the linear progression method of creating emails.
4. The elements of a subject line that gets people enthusiastically opening your emails.
5. The "hidden subject line" that you should put at the end of your email.
6. Why selling kills sales, but asking skyrockets sales.
7. And all the tips and tricks to creating your own behavioral email campaign that will get customers buying… BIG TIME!
Meet Mike Michalowicz (pronounced mi-CAL-o-witz)
Mike started his first business at the age of 24, moving his young family to the only safe place he could afford - a retirement village. With limited resources and no experience, he systematically bootstrapped a multi-million dollar technology business, sleeping in conference rooms to avoid hotel costs. After selling his first company, Mike launched a new business the very next day, and in less than three years, sold it to a Fortune 500. With his newest multi-million dollar venture, Obsidian Launch, he grows authors and experts into industry superstars.

Peer-to-Peer Social Lending for Business. Supporting Main Street’s Small Business Success
Presented by Eric Steinberg – Money for Main Street www.moneyformainst.com
It is in the very DNA of small business entrepreneurs to over come all obstacles and succeed without compromising their ethics or the trust of others. This is why our fellow travelers along Main Street support us and want to see us succeed. It is our fundamental creed that if we empower those around us, colleagues, friends, family, competitors, and clients, everyone prospers.

A natural extension of this is what makes the concept of social lending, not only possible, but an empowering way to build a self sufficient community where the influence of things outside of our control can be mitigated if not entirely removed.
Successfully leveraging social lending for your small business requires the use of three elements on the Internet.
1. Social Lending
2. Social Networking
3. Social Media Marketing
We will explore the social lending opportunities available along with how to use social networking and social media marketing to help ensure that your social lending needs achieve maximum success.

After relocating to Colorado in 1982, his involvement, as either an employee or owner, in several small businesses has been his passion.
Frustrated by the lack of available financing and appreciation for small businesses are driving factors for his interest in social lending and networking. Today Eric and his partner Brian are on the verge of launching the first true Peer-to-Peer Social Lending Network for small business. A place where individuals can directly support the businesses they know and love.

And Finally our Special VIP Guest Speaker Wendy Booker.
For those Participants who decide to purchase the VIP pass you will be given the golden and rare opportunity to share in an interview with Wendy Booker. Wendy Booker knows all about the power of reaching to the top of the summit.
In June of 1998, this mother of three was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS after experiencing balance problems, blurred vision and numbness on her left side. When first diagnosed, Wendy was devastated. But it took very little time for her to transform anguish into inspiration. She immediately turned her hobby of casual running into a continuous pursuit and has now completed nine marathons with number ten coming up this fall in New York.

Mountain climbing became the next conquest. In 2002 at the age of 46, Wendy joined a team of mountain climbers with MS who were attempting to climb Mt. McKinley (Denali) in Alaska. Although that expedition did not end in a summit, she was not to be deterred. Taking on one of the toughest mountains in the world a second time, Wendy became the first person with MS to stand atop Denali in 2004.
That feeling of accomplishment propelled her next aspiration: to climb the highest mountain on each continent. Four years later, Wendy successfully reached the top of six mountains on her list – Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. McKinley, Mt. Elbrus, Mt. Aconcagua, Mt. Vinson Massif and Mt. Kosciuszko – the first person with MS to summit six of the Seven Summits. After two attempts on Mt. Everest in 2009 and 2010, Wendy accepted that she had pushed MS to the highest it would allow her to go. She has found contentment in climbing 6 ½ of the Seven Summits and using the experience to empower others facing adversity to never give up and continue to scale new heights.

Wendy’s passion, strength and tenacity are garnering attention from national and international press, and her career has evolved from interior design to motivational speaking around the globe. The mission is always to educate, motivate and encourage anyone facing a challenge in life to push through and climb on – the view from the top is breathtaking.
Wendy’s story is about overcoming obstacles – whatever they may be – through a journey of self-discovery, serendipity and stubbornness. She is a mountaineer, an adventurer, an explorer – and she’s not done yet. Next stop: the top of the world… the North Pole!
You don’t want to miss this opportunity to hear Wendy tell you more about her journey. And how it can help you to reach the top of the summit you have before you.
This interview is available for VIP Pass registrants only.
Reminder with this Pass you will also get the MP3 recordings from each days events and the Resource 2011 Planning Guide.
